This website is operated by R.C. Adamson Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC677455), based in Dumfries, Dumfries & Galloway, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, R.C. Adamson Ltd is the data controller for any personal information collected through this website.

If you have any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at:
ryancadamson@gmail.com  or call 07708 523 765.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us. This happens when you fill in the enquiry form on this website. The information we may collect includes:

  • Name — so we know who we're speaking to
  • Phone number — so Ryan can call you back
  • Location — to check whether we cover your area
  • Service required — concrete grooving, hoof trimming, or freeze branding
  • Message — any additional details you provide about the job

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health information, financial data, or anything in the UK GDPR special categories).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and arrange a callback
  • Provide quotes and book work
  • Follow up on the job once completed, if relevant

We will not use your details to send marketing emails, sell your data to third parties, or pass your information to anyone other than the processors listed in Section 4.

Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — namely, responding to a direct commercial enquiry you have made to us.

4. Who Handles Your Data (Processors)

When you submit our contact form, your enquiry is processed by the following third-party services:

Resend

Our contact form uses Resend to deliver your enquiry to Ryan by email. Your submission data is transmitted through their service and delivered as an email notification. See Resend's privacy information at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

If you arrive via a Google Ad and submit an enquiry, click to call, or click WhatsApp, a conversion event may be recorded. These events do not send your name, phone number, message, or exact location to Google. See Google's advertising privacy information at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

After this period, details are deleted.
